Newly built, All-season Cottage on Callander Bay Lake Nipissing. This property is very family friendly with a large living and dining room making it easy to host everyone! Come see the vibrant leaves then enjoy some hot cocoa around the fireplace. The fall season at Sandy Pines is one of our favourite times of the year and one you won't want to miss!! We also have internet for all of your wifi needs! Please discuss pets before your stay. Dock installed. Bath towels are not provided.

Lakeside Guesthouse

Our home is situated 10 minutes from the friendly city of North Bay on the shores of beautiful Trout Lake. We have over 1600 sq. ft. of living space that has been recently renovated with high end finishes. The Airbnb is the complete ground floor just steps from the water. The hosts live on the top floor and have separate entrances. Small pets are allowed but not on the furniture and beds. We do expect that you clean up after them. There is a $20 pet fee for with the extra cleaning.

You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv.
