Coastal Charm is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house suitable for max 4 adults & 3 children. Coastal Charm is a 1960’s bungalow reimagined and fully renovated by us in 2021. While we renovated the property we have added lot of our personal touches throughout the house, it’s not a purpose built rental; it’s our home away from home. Vaulted ceilings throughout make it feel grant, the large fenced in yard is perfect for families with pets & children, the pedestrian beach is 3 minutes walk.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This was truly a bay getaway before digital games and internet. There are two bookcases with hard bound books, card tables, and reading lamps. There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.

Full kitchen and coffee machine available. Two bed rooms, one with bunk beds can accommodate up to 6 ppl. Quiet neighborhood with access to a marina down the road. Access to fishing in canal or a boat ride from the house to amazing Christmas bay. Marina is right down the road. Parking for 2-3 cars.
