Bathrooms have relaxing rain shower at lower and 6 ft soaking tub at upper, perfect for relaxing after a day's activities. All tile flooring is heated for comfort. King beds in each bedroom, upgraded queen mattress at sofabed. Vaulted ceilings, fireplace. Quiet, scenic community w/ firepit, horseshoes & hiking across the street.

New alpine modern townhome in Purgatory Resort!

Welcome to our new stylish townhouse with hot tub on private deck overlooking Engineer Mountain. Enjoy the spacious accommodations with room for everyone while enjoying the beautiful views from the large windows. We are located across the highway from the Purgatory Resort entrance. Enjoy the complimentary on demand door-to-door ski shuttle to the base area. Just a short 25 minute drive to Durango which has a charming downtown with groceries, restaurants, shops, & breweries and airport!

Animas River Basecamp / Durango permit #19-041

Location location location!!! Our Mountain Lodge style townhouse is located on the Animas River next to the River Trail. The heart of downtown is a 5 minute walk. Our 2300 sq ft home was built in 2008. The unit is upstairs and includes an elevator for access at the front door, a garage space with a 220 EV charging station, stairs up to the back of the unit, and on street parking. There are code locks on the doors. The home can sleep up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Remodeled townhome has everything you will need to enjoy your vacation in the beautiful Colorado San Juan Mountains. We are located approximately 1.5 miles north of Purgatory/Durango Mountain Ski Resort and a short, beautiful drive to historic Silverton, Ouray and surrounding Durango Colorado. During ski season the ski resort offers a free shuttle service to/from Cascade Village. This is our personal vacation home. We hope you will enjoy your time here as much as we do!
