Come stay on the farm! 40 acre working hay farm with 2 ponds, starry nights, and beautiful views. Family friendly, 12 miles (~20minutes) south of downtown Durango and 15 minutes south of Walmart. This is located on our property right across the driveway from our house. *PLEASE, NO LOUD PARTIES, NO SMOKING(INSIDE OR OUTSIDE) NO DRUGS, NO DRIVING ON YARD/GRASS* *Parents: please be mindful of your kiddos as we do have ponds, large farm equipment, dogs (please just ignore them), cats, and horses*

Parking for large vehicles and toys, beautiful views, and neighbors are acres away and mostly just cows, horses, and deer. Located 12 min to Downtown Durango, 8 min to Walmart, 10 min to airport, near Vallecito & Lemon, BLM near for hiking. Star gaze, enjoy the privacy, trees, views.

Creek-view studio overlooking Hermosa Creek

Ranch-style 460 sq ft studio with full bathroom & attached kitchen area. This studio has epic views of the creek & mountains and is located 200 ft from the main house. We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Durango~ Bungalow on the Mesa!

This cozy bungalow on "The Mesa" is approximately 13 miles from downtown Dgo. It is an unattached stylish efficiency with all of the comforts of home. We are close to the airport and hospital in the southern agricultural area of town. Beautiful views, simple living and comfort in this adorable custom apartment will have you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! There are pets on the property and neighboring ranches galore. The apartment is very private, with ample parking; trailers welcome.

Owls Nest is a private loft studio that looks out at the stunning views of La Plata Mountains and the sweeping farm land of Florida Mesa. It is 15 minutes drive from Downtown Durango. We have appointed it with every luxury of a boutique hotel. Adorable kitchen & full bath. Kids and pets welcome! Situated 10 minutes from both Mesa Verde National Park and downtown Mancos, in a beautiful juniper-pinon forest, you will enjoy quiet, restorative time in nature & easy access to adventure. This roomy, quiet garden-level apartment has comfortable queen beds, a full bath, large kitchen/living/dining room & private patio to enjoy the outdoors. This is the ground level of our home & we live upstairs in a separate space. You may hear occasional living sounds from us but we strive for quiet.

Wonderful Spacious Log Home for 4

Guests will enjoy approx. 1800 sq. ft. of the upper level log home. Centrally located to downtown, airport, casino and popular tourists attractions. The home features a fireplace, Wi-Fi, and Satellite TV. Outside enjoy the deck, Hot tub, Barbeque Grill, Fire Pit and Horseshoe Pit. We live on the property, but separate from the log home and are here to help our guests as we can. Our rental agreement is for a total of 4 people and please note that children do count in that total.
