Quaint vintage apartment in "Midtown Durango" ideally located 5 blocks from downtown dining and shopping and 2 blocks from the Animas River Trail. 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is dog/kid friendly. Peaceful Country get away

This apartment is a great getaway! It's is situated in a rural setting, close to lakes, ski areas only 15 minutes to downtown Durango. You can enjoy hiking and snowshoeing out the back door. We have world-class mountain biking only minutes away. It is great for any traveler or nature seeker. You can enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch and watch the deer and incredible sunrises and sunsets. We live on-site and will do whatever it takes to make your time here more than a vacation.

Riverside Retreat-paddling, biking, bird watching

This adorable studio is located on 5 acres of riverfront property. River access is available for paddle boarding the Animas River. You have the spaciousness of being in the country but are less than 5 minutes from the best pizza in town. The Animas City River Trail bike path is directly accessible from the property. You will be able to access through a locked gate and all of downtown is a fun 10-minute bike ride away. Traveling with another couple? Ck out "Get-away by the River"
