Nybyggd lägenhet med öppen planlösning, havsutsikt och rymlig uteplats i lugnt och mysigt område. Som gäst har du full tillgång till pool, utedusch, solbäddar och parasoller som delas med resterande 7 lägenheter i huset. Matbutiker, restauranger och gym/padelbanor finns i området. Det tar ca 20 minuter att gå ner till stan och stranden, med bil/taxi tar det 5 minuter. Gratis parkering finns på gatan samt garage under huset. Busshållsplats för att ta den lokala bussen finns några minuter bort.

Luminoso loft mirando al mar

El apartamento tiene unas vistas inmejorables, mirando al mar, ya que esta situado en primera linea de playa. Tiene una terraza muy soleada y agradable donde podras disfrutar de un desayuno mirando al mar. La decoracion es muy actual ya que el apartamento esta recien reformado. Tiene todas las comodidades para que disfrutes de unos dias formidables. Es muy tranquilo pero a la vez tiene mucha vida porque esta situado en el centro de la ciudad por lo que tiene alrededor restaurantes, tiendas...

Adorable apartment with superb views.

Casa Sirena is 600m from Beznar lake. The Valle de Lecrin or ‘The valley of happiness’ is an area of outstanding natural beauty surrounding Beznar lake. The Valley is half way between Granada and the Costa Tropical. Lanjaron, the gateway to the Alpujarra, is a ten minute drive. One can explore Granada in the morning and be on the Costa Tropical by siesta time. Both are twenty five minutes drive away from Beznar. The Sierra Navada ski resort is a fifty minute drive.

Fantástico apartamento en el centro de Nerja. Es luminoso, consta de un dormitorio, cocina nueva totalmente equipada, baño, salón y terraza con fantásticas vistas. Su decoración es simple, con un aire acogedor. Situado casi en pleno centro del pueblo, y a apenas 100 metros de la playa de La Torrecilla. A 5 minutos del emblemático Balcón de Europa. La zona ofrece todo tipo de servicios para el usuario, amplia variedad de restaurantes, supermercados y locales de ocio.
