Nur einen Steinwurf von der Küste entfernt und in der Nähe der malerischen Städte Porec, Vrsar, Novigrad und Rovinj befindet sich diese äußerst geräumige Luxusvilla, ein architektonisches Meisterwerk mit atemberaubendem Blick auf Olivenhaine, einem schönen Weingut und das Meer. Die Villa mit 8-10 Betten liegt am Rand des Dorfes Fuskulin. Vila My Vladan je mjesto u kojem ćete se opustiti i pobjeći od stresa. Kuća se nalazi na osamljenom položaju bez susjeda, te pruža gostima privatnost i mir. Mjesto je na kojemu možete uživati u miru i svježem seoskom zraku a u blizini grada Rovinja, te smještena samo 3 km od gradske plaže Cuvi kao i do centra grada. Parkinga ima u izobilju te je sve pošumljeno sa hrastovim stablima. Okružena maslinicima i 10000m2 šume kao i 3000m2 privatnog dvorišta, vila je doista smještena usred zelenila.

Vila Andreja je moderna i elegantna kuća za odmor. Ova vila nudi smještaj za 8 gostiju.Kada uđete u vilu nalazi se dnevni boravak sa blagovaonicom i potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom. U prizemlju se nalaze 2 spavaće sobe. Svaka spavaća soba raspolaže s televizorom, klimom i privatnom kupaonicom. Tu je jos i wc sa perilicom i sušilicom.Na prvom katu se nalaze druge dvije spavaće sobe i terasa. U dvorištu osim ležaljki i bazena nalazi se i ljetna kuhinja. Bazen može biti i grijan uz nadoplatu.

Villa Domenica Medellin 5 is a new villa with modern design and luxurious furnishings. There are 5 bedrooms with king size double beds. Each bedroom has its own toilet, shower, wardrobe, flat screen TV, air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a closed spa area with a sauna, jacuzzi, bathroom and shower. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils (Villeroy & Boch). Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, mixer.

In 2018 we fell in love with this over 100 year stone house and renovated it in the last years. The house is located in a small village not far from Rovinj and the sea. It has three air-conditioned bedrooms with three double and two single beds. In addition, our guests have two bathrooms and a large kitchen with living and dining area. The 700m2 mediterranean garden has a pool (27m2) and a covered summer kitchen with a grill.
