Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju, koji se nalazi na samom moru. Prvi red do mora pruža jedinstven osjećaj odmora i dodira s prirodom. Raskoš mirisa , zvukova i boja kakav samo jedan otok može imati . Kuća je nova , izgradnja 2024.g. Uređena u ugodnom stilu mediterana i bogato opremljena . Pogled na more pruža se iz svake spavaće sobe . Udaljenost do trgovine i restorana je 300 m . Otok je dobro povezan trajektnim linijama iz Zadra i Biograda na moru, svakih sat vremena.

Ova kamena kućica za odmor savršena je za sve koji vole privatnost, mir i tišinu čak i u vrijeme najvećih gužvi na obali. Na Žižnju nema auta, dostupan je samo privatnim brodom. Idealno za sve koji vole robinzonski način odmora i ronjenje.. Osigurani parking u Biogradu i transfer do otoka Žižnja su besplatni.

You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu kuće pored mora, u ribarskom mjestu Tkonu, na otoku Pašmanu. S kopnom je povezan trajektnim linijama koje vam omogućuju posjet obližnjim nacionalnim parkovima. Tkon ima tržnicu, trgovine, market Tommy, kafiće, restorane, igrališta za djecu, liječnika i ljekarnu. Na plaži nema gužve, a za još ugodniji boravak na plaži, na raspolaganju su vam i ležaljke, prostirke za ležaljke i ručnici za plažu. Ispred kuće, u moru možete privezati i manji brod.

The house consists of 5 bedrooms, living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, roof terrace with jacuzzi for five person, sauna and gym. All rooms are air-conditioned and two rooms have a private bathroom. The house has a small tennis court, a football field and children playground.Our guests have private parking, free WiFi and barbecue. All contents are private.
