During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Our custom home with a fabulous lake view has amazing sunsets and is only a 13 minute drive to the city center, parks, art, culture, and restaurants. Coeur d'Alene is considered a resort area with almost every activity available within a short distance. There is nothing like waking up to the beauty of the lake and the surrounding mountains! Grab your favorite beverage and enjoy looking out over the water at this amazing view. You might even see a deer or two.
