Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

Glamping Happiness offers everything for a relaxing stay. Guests can enjoy a shared natural pool and a private wellness area, available upon prior notice and for an extra fee. The property is ideal for hiking, cycling, kayaking, or visiting the nearby sports center. In the shared garden, outdoor furniture invites picnics, lounging, or a dip in the pool, while the basement offers a selection of wines to enjoy. The kitchen and the wine cellar are located in the basement area and are not heated.

Our house is 500 years old and is surrounded by gorgeous scenery, the beautiful river Kolpa and is close to the Adriatic sea. Here you can experience the pure energy of nature, flower gardens and visit the castle Kostel. You can hike in the old forests of Kočevsko and Risnjak National Park as well as fly-fish in the Kolpa and Kupica river, or just enjoy in the garden.

Pr Ivankovih, je domačija daleč stran od mestnega vrveža, med travniki in gozdovi, v centru manjšega kraja, obdanega s čudovitima rekama Kolpo in Čabranko. Hiša in stara poslopja nudijo varen objem s pridihom minulih časov. Posestvo ima ograjen vrt in sadovnjak. V bližnji okolici se lahko sprehodite ob rekah, po starih gozdovih ali podaljšate pohajkovanje v daljše pohode. Veliko je možnosti za kolesarjenje, spuste po rekah, kopanje, ribolov ali raziskovanje kulturne dediščine.

Je v bližini Dolenjskih toplic, kjer si lahko oddahnete, če pa obiskujete pozimi pa je v bližini smučišče Gače. V bližini sta tudi reki Kolpa in Krka, ki sta v poletnih mesecih priljubljeni destinaciji za kopanje in turizem. Pozimi pa se lahko odpravite kopati v termalni vrelec KLEVEVZ, kjer ima voda vedno 24 stopinj.
