Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

Holbrook Guest House

Lovely one bed self-contained flat located on the outskirts of Armagh City, just off the main Portadown Road. This guest house has been newly renovated in the last couple of years so it is fresh and fully furnished. It is on the premises of our family home in a quiet, safe and rural area. Derrycaw Cottage

Our cottage is situated on approx 7 acres of land with plenty of wide open space. All of the rooms are spacious and light. We have 2 recreational rooms, the lounge has a real log burning fire with plenty of logs and our dining room has sky lights and a large flat tv. The cottage is situated at the bottom of a long and private drive with parking for 10-12cars. Just 5 minutes drive to the motorway and local amenities. Sorry but we don't allow pets.

Treetops Annex is a cosy double room with ensuite, kitchenette and private entrance. It is situated close to the M12, Craigavon Area hospital and Seagoe/Carn Industrial Estates . With it's own private garden and peaceful surroundings it's a relaxing retreat for business and holiday travellers alike and a central place for touring Northern Ireland. Cara Cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Kilcoo in the heart of Mourne. In an idyllic quiet setting, there are breath-taking views and easy access to walking and biking trails nearby. A cosy one-bedroom detached cottage, sleeping 2 adults + 2 children or 4 adults, this is a perfect rural retreat for relaxation or a base to explore everything the local area has to offer.

The Annex

The Annex is the perfect place to come to refresh, relax and continue on your travels. An oasis for the weary traveller. It is a great base for exploring the City of Armagh and very central location between Dublin and Belfast airports. A good meeting point for family and friends to connect up for a few days...
