Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

Lähistöllä upeat luontokohteet: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs yms. Voit tehdä päiväretkiä läheisiin kohteisiin.Rantasauna on käytettävissäsi ja neuvomme sen lämmittämisessä. Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Mökki sijaitsee 12 km Kemijärven keskustasta. Hirsiaitassa vuoteet kahdelle. Sähköt+lämmitys. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Ei juoksevaa vettä. Isäntäväki huolehtii juomaveden keittiöön. Kaminatakka. Peseytyminen saunassa, käyttövuoroista sovitaan isäntäväen kanssa. Isäntäväki käyttää paikan muita rakennuksia.

A modern scandinavian style apartment (39 sq.) close to Rovaniemi city center with nice river and city view. Our apartment has private entrance and can comfortably fit up to four persons. Ounasvaara hiking just around the corner, city center with many restaurants and attractions reachable by walking. Kitchen/sauna/shower/toilet/aircon/washing machine/air dryer/bed linen and towels included/TV/Chromecast/Free Wi-Fi/furnished private terrace/car heating socket.

Tässä unohtumattomassa kohteessa voit kokea uudelleen yhteyden luontoon. Lasi-iglussa koet Lapin luonnonilmiöt kuin olisit osa niitä, kesän yöttömän yön, talven tuiskun ja revontulet sekä hiljaisuuden erämaajärven rannalla. Alueella on päärakennus josta löydät a-oikeuksilla varustetun ravintolan, jossa tarjoillaan aamiainen sekä valmistetaan tilauksesta päivällistä. Päärakennuksessa myös erilliset wc:t ja suihkut naisille ja miehille.

Tunnelmallinen talo Kemijoen rannassa

Luonnonkauniilla Kemijoen rantatörmällä Rovaniemeltä noin tunnin ajomatka, 65 km Kuusamoon päin.Suosittelen auton vuokraamista. Kaikilla mukavuuksilla varustettu 75 m2 mökki ,jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, sauna, kylpyhuone, kuisti ja terassi. Mökin lähellä on (n. 700 m) uimaranta. Mahdollisuudet moottorikelkkailuun kalastukseen, marjastukseen ja metsästykseen sekä retkeilyyn. Noin 1,2km:n päässä on veneen laskupaikka.

This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.
