Incredible views of the bay and surfers! Modern house(built 2014) with A/C all rooms. It’s across the street from Kahalu’u Beach. This is the BEST snorkeling and surfing spot in Kona. Surfboards,The Kona Trolley stop, and food trucks are steps away. The house has a hot tub, 4 brms, one upstairs, 3 downstrs, There’s one full bath en-suite upstairs with toilet, tub and shower. There is a toilet downstairs with very private outdoor shower. Plus one bdrm has a sink/vanity & 2nd outdoor shower.

It is located across from the golf course and a mere 5 minute walk to Keauhou Bay where you can go snorkeling, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding or simply bring a couple of chairs and enjoy the ocean right in front of you. It is private, quiet and located in very well kept grounds. Simply gorgeous!

Kona House // Ocean View //Cold AC//5 Min to beach

As you wake to the sound of the birds, the gentle trade wind breeze reminds you this is true relaxation. As you walk to the coffee maker, the ocean view greets you on your left while the expansive living room invites you to claim your seat on the couch. You’re glad you have good WiFi, but you sure hope the boss doesn’t email you. Being close to beaches, restaurants, and entertainment is great too, but maybe you’ll cook in this gourmet kitchen.
