ΒΙΛΛΑ "ΝΙΝΑ" (VILLA "NINA")

Η Villa Nina βρίσκεται στην Κέα (Τζιά) στην περιοχή "Άγιος Ιωάννης" (Χάλαρα), κοντά στη μονή Καστριανής, σε μία έκταση 2,5 στρεμμάτων. Έχει μία απέραντη, πανέμορφη θέα στο Αιγαίο και στην ανατολή του ήλιου, σε μία εξαιρετικά ήσυχη και γαλήνια τοποθεσία. Το βράδυ κάτω από τον έναστρο ουρανό μπορείς να δεις τα φώτα της Καρύστου, της Άνδρου μέχρι και της Τήνου. Απέχει 15' από το λιμάνι, 8' από τον Οτζιά, 12' από το Βουρκάρι και είναι εξαιρετικά κοντά σε γνωστές παραλίες του νησιού όπως το Σπαθί.
