A two bedroom apartment suitable for relaxing city vacation or remote work. Extremely central, two blocks away from the city's public transportation hub, the Kamppi Center. Not suitable for partying or get-togethers. Up to 4 adults and 3 children. Extensively renovated in 2023: fully equipped kitchen, nice bedrooms with good beds, active air conditioning, balcony, living room. Helsinki's best restaurants within walking distance. Authentic neighborhood near bustling city center

The apartment has been renovated in spring 2019 with a completely new kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen should meet the demands of a good home cook. Basic amenities are always available, we will try to meet extra requests. Netflix is for free. The apartment is best suited for two adults but there is a couch in the living room that is spacious and comfortable enough for sleeping as well. House-trained pets are welcome. There is a balcony where smoking is allowed.

Top floor city apartment with balcony

This top floor apartment is newly renovated and it's facing the inner yard with a great view and quietness. It has all the amenities needed for a longer stay. The thing I enjoy most is a balcony with nice view to the rooftops of Helsinki. Apartment is centrally located nearby Hietalahti marketplace, the sea but also a short walking distance to Kamppi and central railwaystation, if not into walking you might use nearby tram or city bikes.

Beautiful apartment in excellent downtown location

Stunning renovated art-deco apartment available now (28m2, living room, kitchen and spacious sleeping loft) in Eira, a very central and the most prestigious area of Helsinki. Longer-term let preferred, with a minimum of 4 weeks, and maximum of up to 5 months. Perfect for someone coming for an exchange placement/work contract etc to Helsinki. Ideal for couples as well. Kindly note that climbing stairs is required for the loft.
