Traditional villa 5 meters from the best beach all over Chalkidiki which is characterized by esmerald crystal waters!!! Breathtaking view from the balcony. Kalogria is a sandy beach, located 7km from the pisturesque village of Nikiti, on the way to Neos Marmaras. This paradise villa is located in a family plot (shared by 2 other houses) with a beautiful garden, full of colourfull flowers and olive trees. A barbeque place is also situated at the patio. Βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο διώροφης οικείας και αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, σαλοκουζίνα με καναπέ-κρεβάτι και μπάνιο. The villa is situated in front of one of the most beautiful, sandy beaches of Chalkidiki, in the second peninsula, Calogria beach. The villa is an entire home (200 square meters) of three floors in a big garden (700 square meters). We hope that our guests will feel like home. Our house is ideal not only for a family but also for larger groups of friends. The house is also friendly for families with kids as there is a lot of space for them to play.
