Dit is een woongebouw met drie verdiepingen. De 1e verdieping is parkeerplaats en een kantoor. De tweede verdieping is het woonhuis van de eigenaar. Het Penthouse is op de 3e verdieping. Het heeft 3 slaapkamers met individuele airconditioners en 3 volledige badkamers met boilers. De woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken zijn een grote kamer. Het heeft ook een enorme veranda met een mooi uitzicht op de rijstvelden. Het is geschikt voor een grote groep van maximaal 12 personen. Het kan echter ook per slaapkamer worden geboekt, indien slechts 2-4 gasten met een ander tarief.

Buscalan Accommodation

Buscalan accommodation is managed by Libeth, born and raised in Buscalan, Tinglayan, Kalinga. I manage the establishment with my husband, Nick. Our accommodation had been open since 2018 and accredited by Department of Tourism since 2022. We offer a whole house with a private room, free use of kitchen utensils, dining area, veranda, and a shared bathroom/ C.R. We also offer UNLI locally brewed coffee and native rice. Close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Bldg is 100m away from the provincial road. All rooms are good for two person. Each room has its own toilet and bath. Silog breakfast will be available in the morning. Units are located at the 3rd floor. Good way to have your legs and thighs exercised. :) 1st and 2nd flrs are commercial areas so there’s a bit of things going on during the day. These does not affect much the 3rd floor though.

A new village they just built because Buscalan is too populated. 5 minutes by motorbike from the Touriet information Area.
