The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! Deep water dockage and available boat rental, please enquire.

Clayton Cottage with a view & Dock Space

This charming cottage is nestled in a secluded bay of the St Lawrence. This is the place to get away from it all. We're in the Village of Clayton within a 10-minute walk of downtown. We have a dock for your boat. Fisherman welcome! Feel like a river local while visiting here. There is a cottage next door in close proximity to your cottage just to let guests know there may be others around using the dock a driveway :) Pet friendly but we do charge a pet fee for all of the extra cleaning.

North Sandy Pond Cottage with lot on Skinner Creek

Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature as you enjoy views of Skinner Creek, which flows into North Sandy Pond, providing direct access to the waters of Lake Ontario. You'll have exclusive use of the private dock and fire pit. The road is not busy and great for walking. There are nearby marinas that provide paid boat launches and a public boat launch is also less than five miles away. A short drive away, you'll discover several breathtaking beaches! There is a limit of 2 dogs.

Island Cottage @ The Ledges Resort & Marina

Welcome to the Ledges Resort & Marina! We are located on the St. Lawrence River across from Boldt Castle and Sunken Rock Lighthouse. We have ten cottages of various sizes spread throughout the property. Six acres of landscaped grounds and gardens wander along the river for your enjoyment. We have decks, hammocks, and gazebos along the water. The large in-ground pool is newly renovated. Each cottage has their own firepit with Adirondak chairs, and we provide firewood for free!
