Located less than a mile from Folly Beach, this home offers magnificent views of Folly River, visible from patios on both levels of the home. Enjoy watching dolphins from the privacy of your patio. Resort includes an outdoor pool, outdoor shower, restrooms, sundeck, grills, and tennis courts. Many enjoy playing pickleball on courts.

Folly Townhome - Walk to Beach, Center Street

One bedroom two level townhome on Folly Beach, short walk to the beach and Center Street restaurants and 10 mile easy drive into Historic Downtown Charleston. Balcony faces West with beautiful sunsets. Wonderful neighbors on either side who will chat or let you be … your choice. Large monitor with desk in bedroom that has docking station for your laptop and WiFi. Migun Massage Bed available for use in bedroom. Folly has a laid back vibe, Caribbean feel and lots of outside dining.

Beachfront Condo 500 Steps to the Ocean

One bedroom condo on Charleston's closest beach! 15 minutes from downtown Charleston and 500 steps to the ocean. The City of Folly Beach has many pet friendly restaurants, a dog park, and dogs are allowed on the beach from October through April. There is a king size deluxe bed in main bedroom, as well as a queen pullout sofa and love seat in living room. There is a 50" Flat screen TV in living room. Kitchenette with dishwasher. Access to washer/dryer on suite (shared with one neighbor).

Cozy little beach condo; just a block or two from the beach and nearby restaurants; 15 minute drive to downtown Charleston but really the best is only a few steps away. Folly beach is a small island town with miles of sandy beach, fishing pier, and somebody is probably playing guitar at one of the island restaurants right now. This condo features a rooftop deck, TV, Queen bed, and 1 dedicated parking space. Everything you need for a stress free getaway. LIC004590, str22-00483

Entire Condo in Avondale

This centrally-located 2-bedroom condo in the Avondale neighborhood is close to downtown but still quiet. You're a short walk to multiple neighborhood favorites (Avondale Wine & Cheese, Pearlz Oyster Bar, Gene's Hofbrauhaus and Triangle Char and Bar). Or a short 6 minute drive/Uber to King Street if you want the Southern Charm experience. You’ll love the quiet neighborhood while still having convenient and quick access to downtown and local beaches. Folly Beach is my favorite.
