In 2022 werd het pand liefdevol gerestaureerd en opnieuw ontworpen als een oase van 51 kamers, gunstig gelegen aan Rivers Avenue, op slechts enkele minuten van het centrum van Charleston. De accommodatie is compleet met een groot buitenzwembad en een full-service bar genaamd The Burgundy Lounge met nachtelijk live entertainment + evenementenruimtes.

Parkeren op straat voor de deur is mogelijk, maar niet gegarandeerd. Gratis parkeren is meestal in de buurt.
