Visit nearby Crystal Coast beaches, shopping and military bases. So come visit your favorite marine or enjoy the beaches.

Spacious 3 BR home with King suite

Home sweet home. This 3 BR home is the perfect place for families to gather and spend time together. With an extremely spacious living space and a giant sofa theres seating for the whole family. The entire home is newly renovated and has all new appliances. The kitchen, being fully equipped, is the perfect place to spend the holidays, and family dinners. There are 2 full baths, both have newly done showers with porcelain tile. This home includes a work space and 1 gig of high speed internet.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Jacksonville Ranch, Private Hottub and Pool, Pond

Relax in the country with all the amenities: HOT TUB, POOL, pool table, amazing sunsets and stars at night, bball goal, volleyball, firepit, Grill, stocked Pond w/ row boat, walking or atv trail, and a large deck. While visiting your Marine (20 miles to Camp Lejeune) or on a vacation at this private piece of paradise (8 Acres), 20 mins to main gate or 25 mins to New River. Beach is only 25 Mins away. The Little pond is stocked. Beautiful space for Events, small weddings, showers, etc.

I bed 1 newly renovated bathroom studio apartment secondary unit with dock on the canals in beautiful Surf City. Swim right out your door. Sit on the dock in the sun or under the gazebo. Gas fire pit for those cool evenings on the dock. 2 kayaks .High speed internet. Desk available if need a workspace. Minutes to beach. Max 2 guest. No boats or jet skis and no visitors allowed at anytime during your stay. Linens provided. Boat is stored there when not in use as in the last pic.

Virginia’s Country Cottage, a charming guest house constructed in 2020, nestled on 40 acres behind our residence. Enjoy your own private yard and relax on the new outdoor patio featuring a gas fire pit. This 950-square-foot retreat offers tranquility in a secluded setting while still being close to Western Blvd. Nearby amenities include restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater, mall, and Walmart, making it an ideal spot for those visiting cities surrounding onslow county.

In the back you will find little roller coaster for small children, a fire pit area and a large fenced in back yard for pets to enjoy and runs around. *NOTE*There is a one time $85 non refundable per pet fee.

Come and enjoy country living on the water. The sun rise over the water in the morning is a delight as well as the colorful night skies. A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away.

Making Waves

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches.

Home for the Holidays! 4BR/2Bath-Private Pool

Home will be decorated for the holidays including a Christmas Tree and Outdoor Lights. Calendar is open for the next summer season- Pool opens May 1st for the season! Pool season-May 1- October 31. Perfect home to spend time with your love ones. You should have everything you will need to enjoy yourself at our wonderful home! Minutes to our beautiful beaches. Enjoy both experiences- Beach during the day and pool at night!
