Ons eerste project was een off-grid hut in DIY Network 's Building Off The Grid. We zijn geïnspireerd op dat ontwerp om The Lookout te transformeren in de perfecte plek om te ontspannen en te genieten van het meer. Gelegen op slechts 3 mijl van I70, en op loopafstand van de buurt favoriet Papa Boos.

De Ledges Cabin is een luxe verblijf op 35 hectare vol zandstenen kliffen, grotten, flora en fauna. Het heeft drie slaapkamers en een slaapbank, een complete keuken, een houtkachel en enorme ramen met een geweldig uitzicht op de Ledges. Het heeft ook een bubbelbad met acht zitplaatsen, een groot terras, vuurplaats, veel wandelen met prachtige rotsuitwerpselen en een beek die door het midden van het pand loopt.

The Pearl of Granville - Dit Victoriaanse huis in boerderijstijl uit 1892 ligt in het zakendistrict naast de Granville Inn, aan de overkant van de Buxton Inn en onderaan de heuvel van Denison University.
