Het Huisje

Het huisje, met een indeling in studiostijl, is een lichte en schone ruimte op slechts 1,5 km van de historische wijntop in het centrum met lokale winkels, bars en restaurants. Het huisje ligt op ~20 min. van het centrum van Kansas City en 15 min. van Kaufman en Arrowhead Stadium. Deze onlangs gerenoveerde melkschuur uit de jaren 1900 is uniek en speciaal met een heleboel charme, met een paar van de moderne gemakken. Gasten zijn van harte welkom om van de aangelegde tuin van twee hectare te profiteren en te genieten van een heerlijke s'morst bij de vuurplaats buiten!

Private studio on the second level of our detached garage behind our main house. Located in a resort-like property. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Minutes from downtown Lee's Summit. Coffee shop/bakery within walking distance. Several restaurants close by, 1 mile to iconic antique malls. Perfect place for traveling professionals. Close to Hwy 291. We use the garage for storage and to work on our vehicles occasionally, you might hear us working. *There is no smoking/vaping in the apartment*
