Linens and Towels Included along with the 8 beach badges ($90)! Beach cart and chairs too! Walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, bagel shop, ice cream and Ocean Hut surf store. Great Location! Sweet cottage steps from the beach, sand dunes, lighthouse, playground, tennis courts, skateboard park, shops, restaurants and the LBI shuttle. Beach Haven with all it's summer amenities like water park, amusements, arcade, mini golf is just a short drive away or take the LBI shuttle and spare yourself the driving. My place is good for couples for a romantic getaway, solo adventurers looking to do some reading or surfing and families (with kids). 2nd fl of a duplex
