Newly renovated Condo! Just added A beautiful getaway on 800 ft of prime Lake Huron sandy beach frontage. You are just steps from the mouth of the Ausable River and close to downtown Oscoda. On site we have seating at the beach, fire pits and picnic tables. 2 walkways to the beautiful and quiet beach. Our condo is located just south of the mouth of the Ausable River. This is a quiet and peaceful condo association. Pets are not allowed and the condo is non-smoking/vaping.
