Lovely, well maintained three bedroom, two bath cottage on a protected bay of Lake Simcoe. The cottage is located right on Lake Simcoe beside shared community park. cristal shallow water for Swim and kayak. The views are beautiful. With the property facing south enjoy plenty of sunshine from late morning to sunset. Great spot for winter fishing. Fully equipped kitchen Please note the water behind the backyard is shared by few neighbors and it’s not private , and the beach area is not private.

Near Algonquin, Arrowhead, and ATV/snowmobile trails. Shallow, beach entry on a small lake with a nice dock for the summer months. Warm up by the fire pit outside or using the wood stove inside. High speed internet. Kayak, SUP, and canoe for the summer and 4 pairs of snowshoes for the winter. Three bedrooms and a well-stocked kitchen.

This is a tiny cottage in a sleepy little hollow that opens onto the Georgian Bay. Inside, each stone was carefully chosen and the woodwork was built, piece by piece, by two craftsmen who are highly skilled and passionate about repurposing. Fully winterized cottage on a flat property with a large grass lawn, a sandy beach and a long half covered, half open dock for deeper swimming and relaxing among the tranquil scenery. The cottage dock has perfect exposure and gets sun all day long - you can't beat those pristine sunset views. After the day is done, chill out in your hot tub on the deck year round and finish the night making s'mores outside over the fire pit. The cottage is just a 5-minute drive to Haliburton.
