Katherine's Place Luxury Lakefront Home!

Beautiful new construction lakefront on Lake Catherine. We love to sit on the back porch and enjoy coffee in the mornings. We have seen an abundance of wildlife including ducks, deer, geese, and otters. Enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, and using the dock just steps out the back door. Trout are stocked in the winter months and can be caught near the dam; it is some amazing fishing. Only 5 min. to Garvan Gardens 10 min. to Oaklawn 15 min. to Downtown, and 11 min. to Lake Catherine State Park.

Cozy 1940's cottage, nestled in the heart of Hot Springs National Park. Enjoy the convenience of our location. Minutes to downtown, just a few blocks to Oaklawn Casino and Racetrack. A short drive to any of our 3 lakes... Lake Hamilton, Lake Catherine, and Lake Ouachita. So many Fabulous local restaurant's within the downtown area, along with some great local breweries and distillery's. Easy access with a door keypad. Please note to access backyard u have to go out of the kitchen door.

We don’t charge extra if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Come play on the lake or just relax and enjoy the view with a beautiful sunset.

This Home has 4 Bedrooms including a King, 2 Queen beds and 2 Bunk Beds (2 full and 2 twin). This is the perfect house for a family getaway. There is a 75 inch smart TV in the living room and smart TV's in all of the bedrooms except the bunk bed. Here you can have a peaceful stay on the lake while also only being about 10 miles from Oaklawn Race Park in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
