Amazing dúplex near the cathedral, heart to Girona

Un piso con un encanto único y gran comodidad. En pleno casco antiguo con vistas directas la Iglesia de San Felix y delante del Cul de la lleona, muy cerca de la catedral. Lugar tranquilo y acogedor con un espacio diáfano, 4 metros de altura, suelo de madera de roble acabados de mármol y muebles de calidad. Visit Barcelona but .... stay at the beach !!!

Sunny apartment in first sea line. It has a 21 m2 terrace facing south. With 270º direct views over the beach, much of the coast and mountains. Located north of the metropolis of Barcelona. 45 minutes from Catalonia Square and 60 minutes from the Fira de Barcelona and the MWC. Halfway on the Costa Brava. Restaurants open all seasons. All kinds of means of transport: Train and Bus Live 2 minutes in the center of Barcelona in 7 minutes. Delta del Ebre and the Pyrenees are not far away.

This gorgeous 90m2, bohemian duplex ONE BED apartment has amazing views over the entire city from the large plant -covered terrace. Walking distance from Las Ramblas. There is a bedroom with Queen sized bed downstairs beside a long balcony and another open-plan living area upstairs beside the terrace. There's a smart Tv, free wifi and washing machine and dryer. (please note: it's on the 6th floor and there's NO elevator).
