Amazing harbour views Wells-next-the-sea

Stunning 3 storey period property directly overlooking the harbour. Amazing quayside views from all floors. Completely renovated providing a great mix of contemporary comfort and period features. The cottage has a small walled sunny courtyard garden at the front again with fantastic views over the quay. Large main bathroom with roll top bath/ separate shower. Second wet room/ wc. This is in one of the most stunning locations in Wells. You won’t be disappointed!! Dog friendly - high quality.

This is a beautiful open plan 2 bed cottage on one level. Tucked behind the sand dunes of an award winning beach & situated directly on the coastal path. The cottage is cosy with wood floors throughout & well equipped for your stay. The wood burner makes this the perfect retreat even in the winter. The cottage is completely fenced in & dog friendly (can't guarantee your dog won't get out depending on its size) . Supermarkets will deliver. The cottage has a selection of bicycles for your use.

Lovely modern apartment enjoying a prime location on Mundesley seafront with a balcony overlooking the sea and just a 30 second walk from the fabulous award winning beach. Featuring vaulted ceilings, lounge with kitchen area, bedroom, bathroom, wifi and private parking. The bedroom has a zip link bed so can be set up as either a twin OR double room, the additional sleeping arrangement is the double sofa bed in the lounge (we will provide the bedding). travel cot & highchair available on request.

Unique beach house next to sea, lake and RSPB

A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddleboarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. No wifi but 4G usually strong. Power sockets suitable for phones and laptops.

A one minute walk from the beautiful beach and amenities at East Runton - the perfect space to discover North Norfolk. It is superbly equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. The most glamorous hut on the beach! Staying in Wells? We've had magical times at our beach hut and love helping you to as well. We provide deck chairs, wind breaks, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar. We share with guests all our toys and games, including buckets & spades, cricket, rounders, boules and more. Our favourite time is as the beach empties and the sun sets on another perfect day. No overnight stays. Dog friendly. Please leave the hut clean and tidy for the next guests.
