Large family house with amazing sea views

A 4 bedroomed bright detached house for 8 people. It is situated at the top of Teignmouth town, in a quiet cul de sac next to country lanes and fields. The house has modern furnishings, mesh wifi throughout, fibre broadband and multiple televisions. The beach and town centre are a 20 minute walk away or a 5 minute drive in the car. The countryside is on our doorstep and you can take beautiful country walks where you can see stunning views of Teignmouth, Dawlish and Exmouth in the distance.

Country House & Own 34ft Private Heated Pool

'The Grange' has its very own private 34 ft heated swimming pool (year round) in the garden only a minute's walk from the house. Guests are welcome to swim as much as they like! Year round water temp 28 degrees. On a third of a mile long private driveway. A huge garden including a mature orchard, outdoor decked dining area, patio seating area and firepit grill. The farm won a 'Most Beautiful Farm' award at the House of Lords. Working farm, see and feed calves, fruit pick and see our beehives.

Luxury villa with swimming pool, close to beaches

Recently and lovingly restored Torbay Villa. This family home has a games/cinema room dining room and kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a sunny south-west facing garden including a 10m x 5m swimming pool(open May - Sept). It is a 15 min walk to Meadfoot beach and a 7 min walk to Anstey's cove. There is a small high street with a supermarket, a deli, a pub, a post office and some more shops and restaurants a 5 minute walk from the house and its a 20 minute walk to the town and harbour.

Within the property there are plenty of areas to relax including a cinema/pool table room, separate kitchen/diner/lounge and four en-suite bedrooms. Outside there is a large enclosed garden a generously proportioned patio with garden furniture, charcoal BBQ, fire pit and your own covered private hot tub.

The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people. Idyllic Country House on a Farm

The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is only 7 minutes drive from the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.
