Coffee maker, small fridge, microwave, electric indoor fire place, outdoor propane fire pit, outdoor camp sink, propane top burner. Outdoor hot water shower with sink off the front. There is no potable water for drinking. The toilet is a porta potty.

Come play a game of Sacs, Cornhole, provided on property. Roast a marshmallow or two under the stars.
