Tutor's Apartment: 2 bedroom apartment, dining and lounge area with underfloor heating throughout. Smart TV with Chrome-cast available) & portable bluetooth speaker. Kitchenette has microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle & toaster. Close to many restaurants. Master bedroom with a king bed (split in two single beds on request). The second bedroom has a single bed in a bunk room. Upper bunk, folds away when not in use, only available when the fourth guest is booked . Bathroom has walk-in shower.

Red Chapel Retreat

This is an architecturally designed dwelling, completed in February 2018. The accommodation provides a beautiful and unique place to stay for those wishing to visit Tasmania. Situated amongst the stunning suburb of Sandy Bay, you will be 5 minutes drive away from Hobart City, historic Salamanca and Battery Point. As soon as you walk through the large tas oak front door, you are rewarded with views of the River Derwent, Wrest Point, Tasman Bridge and stunning Kunanyi/Mt Wellington.

Jan's Studio has a cosy queen sized bed, and a small lounge-kitchen space equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi and off-street parking. The space is a separate dwelling looking onto a beautiful garden. It is set in a peaceful neighbourhood and is a short walk to local parks, cafes, and restaurants. Jan's studio lies at the foot of kunanyi/Mount Wellington, and is less than 3 km to Hobart and Salamanca, with its popular Saturday market.
