The main house features 3 bedrooms—one queen bed, two double beds, and a bunk bed (twin over double)—and 2 bathrooms, ideal for families or groups. The open-concept kitchen and living room is space to gather, with two glass doors leading to breathtaking lake views. Enjoy shuffleboard in the main area or hangout by the fire-pit in the evening!

We have two kayaks available to explore the Brazos or just dive in. Lake Whitney is just 5 minutes away to swim, boat, or ski. Back porch has wooded scenery, there is a small rocky beach 3 houses down. PLEASE OBSERVE HOUSE RULES BEFORE ARRIVAL. Pets are welcome PLEASE ASK BEFOREHAND YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CLEAN AFTER THEM ; ie pet hair : vacuum before you leave - a charge will be assessed other wise Water to entire apartment is filtered.
