Quaint lakefront cottage with the bonus of a separate guest house. The cottage features an open living room and kitchen with a great view of the lake. The main bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom is also located on the main floor. The upstairs loft is great for younger travelers and features a full mattress on the floor. The guest house has a double bed with a twin trundle, and another full bathroom. There is boat ramp access and a dock for swimming. A beautiful and relaxing retreat!

Enjoy exploring the lake by kayaking (kayaks provided) or by hiking the many trails in nearby Uwharrie Forest. A public boat launch is nearby so bring your boat or other water vehicles. Comfortable home with many updates and lots of privacy. Located between Bojangles Coliseum (within walking distance) and Plaza Midwood's great restaurants. Relax in the heated/cooled sunroom or outdoor patio. 4th bedroom is a large attached suite which can be used as a nursery/toddler room, an office or an area to relax.
