Me Old Abode Herne Bay…Entire Cabin By The Sea

Enjoy your stay at this lovely hut at the end of our garden. Our garden is 140 feet long so it's lovely and peaceful. The property consists of a lounge/kitchen/diner, bathroom & double bedroom. With enough room for a family of 4 to enjoy cooking an evening meal, there is a dining table, a 55 inch flat screen TV. This room hosts a double sofa bed. There is a separate bathroom with shower, toilet & sink. The double bedroom has a wardrobe, dressing table, stool, hair drier and a 50 inch TV.

The cabin has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, Wardrobe, breakfast bar/laptop work station, several USB points, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink/drainer with hot & cold water A chemical toilet is provided in the cabin for night use. There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

Nice quiet area with fields and woodland walks nearby Keys left in door - guests can let themselves in, we are generally around if you have questions There is BBQ area and a heated pool (shared with hosts) for stays of 2 days or more. One of the earliest Fisherman's Cottages in this seaside town, The Garden Cottage retains many original features with all the modern conveniences. Meticulously restored in the last 3 years, The Cottage has a large 'Loft style' Master Bedroom, 2nd bedroom, ideal for children, Shower Room, Sitting Room & recently renovated, fully-equipped kitchen.

This is the perfect place to kick off your shoes and relax after a long day enjoying the beautiful sights and coastal walks on offer. The apartment itself is nestled away in a very quiet cliff top road, very few cars use the road. Located in the pretty village of Beltinge, there is a small supermarket, post office and pub within walking distance.

We look forward to hosting you in our cosy, seaside-themed cabin set in our garden. Suitable for couples or friends as there's also a sofa bed if needed (please advise at the time of booking). (Please note we are unable to accept children under 12.) Perfect as a base for exploring the local area of Herne Bay with great trails for bikes/walks and runners. A welcome basket for a light breakfast is provided, along with teas, coffee and milk/juice.
