Ferry crosses every 15 mins in summer, 30 min otherwise. 15-35 mins drive to Picton, Bloomfield, Wellington and Sandbanks Prov Park as well as vineyards and restaurants. Our camp is a private, 300-acre wilderness, bordering on the pristine Salmon River as well as Cade Lake. Relax by the toasty wood stove, chop firewood, and hike or snowshoe through the rolling landscape of forests, granite, and river. Centrally located between Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal, and near Puzzle Lake Provincial Park. NOTE: For winter camping, depending on weather and road conditions, you may have to hike or snowshoe up to 1 km to reach the yurt. This is a real backwoods experience!
