Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

Beautiful Lake Front Home. This quiet, clean home is great for a quick get away. The completely remodeled Texas Classic is filled with decorations from the local area. Open kitchen with a serving bar, granite counter tops, wood floors and a full view of the lake from the kitchen. Great heating and air conditioning. Boat Dock available for the boaters and fisherman. Paravel: the place where the Kings & Queens went for sanctuary, restoration, & celebration. This cozy 3 bedroom house sits on a peaceful canal of Lake Granbury. The dock is perfect for diving & swimming as well as fishing. The patio is ideal for relaxing and gathering around the table or warming up by the fire pit. This is a pet friendly rental but on a case-by-case basis. For allergy reasons, dogs are the only pets allowed. Please include any pets in your booking message for approval.
