A cosy garden cottage, with separate entrance, private bathroom, bed nook, kitchen and shared garden. A peaceful space from which explore south Manchester and the city. The cottage has a full sized double bed with lots of pillows and a comfy duvet and electric blanket. A large sofa easily accommodates an extra body if you prefer to sleep separately. We also have a travel cot for babies. The cottage is set up for 2 adults, with 2 kids, but not really suitable for more than 3 grown ups.

The Little House

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. This spacious 3 bedroom, two bathroom property (1600 sq feet/148.5 meters sq) is on the stylish Downs, right on the edge of the town. It is partly over a small quiet business (which opens 9am to 5.30 pm only) and has three double bedrooms, a large living room with log burner, a good sized kitchen and two bathrooms (including one en-suite) THE PROPERTY ACCOMMODATIONS IS OVER THREE FLOORS AND IS NOT THEREFORE IDEAL FOR THE ELDERLY, OR THOSE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES.

The first floor at the back of an artists home in a quiet cul de sac, 10 minute walk to Lymm Village, 5 mins to Lymm Dam. Your own access is up a spiral staircase. A stunning garden with hobbit hut where you’re welcome to sit and relax looking over fields towards Lymm Water Tower. Small to medium dogs only, some don’t like the spiral staircase. A double bedroom, en suite, sofa bed in lounge and kitchenette.
