Cosy apartment in the historic centre of Grado

Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

Romantic full-height attic with exposed stones and beams in every room and scenic bedroom with mezzanine and glimpse of the sea. Located in a residential area, with a green park and Art Nouveau buildings where at no. 1 lived the writer James Joyce. Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Mansarda di charme al quinto piano di un edificio signorle in centro città, in una strada defilata dal traffico ma a due passi dal Borgo Teresiano e dal Viale XX Settembre (zona ricca di negozi e locali di ogni genere), arredata nei mini particolari e dotata di ogni comfort. A pochi metri le fermate degli autobus di collegamento con la stazione Centrale, l'Università, il Lungomare di Barcola, il Castello di Miramare e Piazza dell'Unità, quest'ultima raggiungibile a piedi in 22 minuti circa.
