This cozy, well decorated, ground level suite in the downtown historic emerywood neighborhood offers many amenities with parking just a few steps from the front door. Close to downtown, 1 block to the hospital, High Point Medical Center, 3 mins to Rocker Stadium & Center. The en-suite offers a well equipped kitchenette & bathrm along with a cush queen sized bed & 50 inch TV. Guests have sole use of the front porch entryway w/comfortable wicker chairs and cafe table. Enjoy the upstairs suite with private entrance in historic College Hill, just minutes to downtown. Modern conveniences blend with old time charm in big rooms, high ceilings, tile/granite bathroom, and mix of hardwood floors and carpeting. Close to UNCG, other colleges, the Tanger Performing Arts Center, and the coliseum. Relax on the front porch or walk to great restaurants and shops. Industrial-Style Daylight Basement Studio Apt

Our studio apt has an industrial loft feel, w/garage-door window, exposed pipes & soundproofing. Clean & bright, with dedicated entrance, open floor plan, kitchenette (microwave only) & clawfoot tub/shower. Noise from above is likely. Because of the noise transfer, we are limited to no more than 2 guests at any time. We are in a very quiet neighborhood so it is not a good fit for folks who want to come and go at all hours of the night. Please no smoking or vaping of any kind in/on premises.

Large Downstairs Space

Our older home is between Greensboro and High Point close to the great little village of Jamestown. The living space is downstairs: two bedrooms, a great room with small fridge, microwave, dining area and living area. There is a private bath. We are close to shopping centers and super places to eat and relax. Nice people of all ages and from all backgrounds are welcome in our home. Well behaved pets are allowed.
