Collier House is a 1000 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bath home that accommodates 7 guests. We offer luxurious memory foam mattresses and premium bedding, WiFi , and parking to accomodate your ATV. We are happy to make special requests or accommodations. We are centrally located in Coalmont, TN only 5 minutes from the entrance of the OHV off road park. We are located only 15 minutes from the South Cumberland park trailheads and from The Caverns event venue. We are 1 hour away from Chattanooga.

New 2 bedroom cabin in the Water's Edge community. Spacious family room to enjoy fireplace, TV, and dining area. Private hot tub! Master bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds, trundle, and a loft. Outdoor living space patio with a grill, table, couch, and firepit. Multi video game system. There is a community lake, playground, and hiking trail. We have two stand-up paddle boards, 1 adult kayak, and 1 child kayak. Pack n' play and high chair available.

This house is approximately 1700 sq. ft and is located on 2.25 acres in the valley of Pelham, TN on Payne Cove Road. Enjoy a scenic view from the porch or stay cozy by building a fire in the wood fireplace. The home is a 7 minute walk to the entrance of the Caverns if you're here to enjoy a show.
