Terasa features: full audio system in living room, brand new air condition system, sleeping room has a low ceiling, but open view to the high stars. Open space in the historical centre, Cavana area

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Mansarda sita all'ottavo piano con ascensore. Vista aperta e panoramica sul golfo e la città, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla splendida Piazza Unita'. La zona e' tranquilla, nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano le fermate di piu' linee bus e svariati negozi. Sempre a poca distanza sono presenti il sito storico del Castello dI S. Giusto, l' Osservatorio Astronomico ed il Civico Museo di Antichità' J.J Winkelmann. Nel circondario il parcheggio pubblico e' gratuito

Casa Zen si trova in un palazzo storico, in via San Nicolò, principale via pedonale della città. Questa via è centralissima, in una zona ricca di storia, dove si trovano tutte le attività culturali, commerciali e i servizi di cui si può aver bisogno durante il soggiorno.
