With easy access to downtown, The Sylvee, Epic, State Street, Camp Randall, Kohl Center, west/east side, airport and everything in between. Sweet beach front on Lake Koshkonong w/large house

This roomy house is located right on the shore of Lake Koshkonong. It has a wonderful pier during the summer, it's a sandy walk into the lake, and has views that will take your breath away. There is a large bedroom and a HUGE bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and with the open floor plan, the kitchen, dining room, family room, and living room all have gorgeous views of the lake. There is also a big deck to sit and watch the water from, with deck furniture and a grill.

The little Green Birdhouse-McFarland/Monona

Adorable tiny house located just 1/2 block to Lake Waubesa with public lake access. It's a 1/2 mile walk to the Yahara bike path, access to the Capital City bike path and into downtown Madison. Spacious, open living room. A brand new kitchen with butcher block countertops. One bedroom with an attached full bath. Laminate hardwood floors throughout. 2 car parking pad. Large backyard with a firepit, brand new fence, and a nice view of the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming.

Clean, convenient, cozy cape cod style home in quiet neighborhood with fenced back yard. Just minutes drive to highways 20, 39, I90, & SportsCore. Country cabin, birders paradise.

Country cabin with small kitchen, SMALL BATHROOM, large porch, gardens and birds galore. Located in the country just south of Madison WI. Enjoy the country life, quiet yet close enough to the city to enjoy Madison's activities or Stoughton's Opera House. Sauna, Fire pit, hiking, ask about pets. WiFi is available but not reliable, this is a country setting with slow connections. Please communicate with me regarding pets before booking.
