One-bedroom cosy bungalow with open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area and a bed settee that makes into a small double for up to 2 extra guests. Furnished to a high standard, the bungalow is located in a quiet, residential area of Runcorn with local shops within walking distance and the main railway station a 5 minute drive. Parking is available directly in front of the property. The bungalow is also a 15 minute drive to Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport and 25 minutes to Manchester Airport.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful location in a vibrant quaint village. A well equipped beautiful house with stunning views. Two local pubs within minutes walking distance, with food served. Village shop. Indian restaurant. Excellent motorway links, 5 minutes from M6. 10 Minutes to the Trafford Centre. Manchester Airport 20 minutes. Halliwell Jones Stadium 6.4 miles approx 15 mins. Warrington Town Centre 15 Minutes. A J Bell, 5.9 miles approx 9 mins. Contractors welcome. No Pets.

Cosy cottage down private road.Contractors welcome

The cottage is a quaint but spacious 3 bed cottage set back down a private road. There is parking available and also a garden to enjoy The cottage is not suitable for groups of young adults wishing to party ( hen ,stag parties ,festivals) as we are situated in a quiet private road with lovely neighbours. We welcome families and tourists visiting the area We also welcome contractors and can offer great flexibilty to work with team leaders in making the house work for the requirements

1750's cottage with open fire and beams

Take it easy at this unique and cosy cottage with a real open fire and original beams. The cottage was constructed in approximately 1750 during the reign of George II. The cottage is constructed from wood and stone and there is not a straight wall, ceiling or door casing in the house! You learn very fast (after banging your head once or twice) to duck under the low door frames and beams. The cottage is small, quirky and very cosy but with a suprisingly large master bedroom and bathroom.

This cosy home is a stones throw away from the neighbouring cities of Manchester and Liverpool which makes this centrally located home a perfect base for couples visiting the North West. This home away from home would also be ideal for those working in the area who would prefer their creature comforts rather than staying in a hotel. Our 3 bedroom family home is fresh and bright, a real home from home. The house sleeps 5 and the open plan design provides a social setting for family and friends to enjoy. The master bedroom has an ensuite and there’s a further family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Outside there is a peaceful private garden with seating for you to enjoy some peace and quiet. It is in an ideal location, a short stroll into Ormskirk town centre and well connected for Liverpool and Formby beach.

Lakeside Home ❤ 1 acre garden, near shops and M60

Spacious family home with good parking and excellent views over a lake. There is a convenience store and coffee shop within 5 mins walk. Walkden train station is 10 mins walk. The M60 ring road is 5 mins drive. There is a large 24hr Tesco 2 mins drive. The property is connected to a 1 acre garden (as seen on TV program Gardeners World). It is for the exclusive use of my 3 Airbnb properties. There is a tree house, pagoda and lots of space to enjoy for picnics, BBQs and games.
