Cottage near Ocean Shores w/ fully fenced yard

Completely remodeled two bedroom, one bath home in a private oceanfront community. Even during the busiest of times on the coast you more often than not will find yourself completely alone on the beach. We are family and dog friendly with a fully fenced yard. It takes 7- 8 minutes walking on a well maintained trail to have your toes in the Pacific Ocean. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of the roaring ocean waves. We are 10 minute drive from downtown Ocean Shores & 15 minutes from Seabrook.

Spacious End Unit ~ Saltwater Pool~ Beach Access!

CONSTRUCTION SPECIAL: from June 9th to mid-Sept there will be construction/repair work happening next door to this unit Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm. For this reason, I have greatly discounted the nightly rate for Sunday to Thursday nights (except holidays). You may experience construction noise during this time and there may be scaffolding outside one of the windows. Please discuss with me if you have questions. The work on this unit has already been completed. All amenities are still available.

The Saltbox was originally built back in 1940, but given a full face lift for its new adventure! Our cottage is dog friendly and located between Ocean Shores and Seabrook, about a 15 minute drive to each. Whether you're looking to enjoy the sound of the ocean from the balcony, a cozy fire down in the pit, game nights with the family, or a quiet space for you and your pups, we hope you'll find it here. Enjoy our beautiful and updated cozy studio above the garage with a private entrance. Complete with queen bed and a futon, table and chairs, smart TV with DVD player, fast wifi, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, sink, dishes, coffee maker, blender, toaster and water kettle. Perfect for a couple and possibly 1-2 small children. There is even a play structure and secret pathway for kids to find treasures! We have 26 grandchildren so we love kids!
