Sales, Lodging tax, Short-Term Rental Licenses are posted on site or online from owner. 1st floor unit, steps to parking in back, with laundry 2 doors down. Elect- secured door, private patio, plus mini-frig, micro, and coffee pot on marble service counter in this king suite. There's a full boutique bath. Out the back entrance towards parking area and not in picturesque view from patio, is a supermarket, liquor store, Starbucks, McDs, and Subway

Historic Windsor Hotel Room #3

Originally built as a silver miners hotel in 1800’s. It has been in the same family over 100 years. We take great pride in keeping the property historic and not renovated. Step back in time to aged cracked wallpaper in areas from the 1920’s. The floor creaks, the house is crooked, this is an experience, not modern. Most of the furniture is original antiques from the proprietors past. The bathroom is shared but easily as our guests are adventurists and leave at all different hours of the morning.

The Family Suite - Sleeps 6

The Family Suite offers two rooms separated by a shared full bath. One room offers a queen bed while the adjoining room offers two double beds. The Hotel Eastin was built in 1906 as an 8-room boarding house, and a space for Kremmling Bottling Works, a sarsparilla bottling plant. The building underwent additions in the 1940s, and today offers 26 rooms. Kremmling is located in the heart of Grand County, CO, just 90 miles from Denver. You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place.

Cottonwood Chamber is a delightful room imagined for friends and siblings. It is a mix of bright golds and yellows with a pleasant mix of blue to brighten your day. The room features 2 single beds with a memory foam mattress pad for extra comfort, temperature adjusting sheets and pillowcases and a large fluffy comforter. King sized bed with newly remodeled kitchen, smart TV, shower, comfortable mattress, and cabin style room. Hot Sulphur Springs is a small town, very quiet and peaceful. In summertime, everywhere else is hot and hot, but it's cool here, perfect place for escape from the heat, with 5 minutes' walk, you can soak in the Hot Springs, or you can go hiking, fishing, or just sit outside of your room, enjoy the beautiful mountain view.

Hotel Room - Queen Bed - Downtown Winter Park, Co

Viking Queen Rooms are larger than the Economy Doubles but not quite as big as a standard hotel room. All these rooms have a private bath, small Tv, all have windows, some with a view, some not so much. These rooms are at least on the 2nd floor of the building, we do not have an elevator. We do not have A/c either, but we do have free fans. If you have any location requests let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

The Inn is conveniently located between Granby and Winter Park. The amenities are abundant: Pool table and game room, hot tubs, year round pool, Racquetball/Pickleball rooms, Fitness Room and Sauna. This hotel-style room is no-frills with a comfortable King Sized bed, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and full bathroom. There is a small patio/balcony off the room. If you just need a room, why spend more?
