Lovely, gated waterfront condo with balcony, overlooking the pool and Bell Channel Bay with a 5 min. walk to Taino Beach. Watch the sunset as you relax & unwind in our fully equipped studio one bedroom. The kitchen has a stove, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker & Keurig machine. There is a King bed with storage and a work desk with a comfy chair. New granite and tiles throughout. The condo has a flat screen TV along with cable & reliable, fast wifi. Peaceful, safe & central.

Beachfront 3 bdrm 3 bath Condo with amazing views

Our beautiful ocean front, fully furnished 3 bed/3 bath condo is on a very quiet, private small condo property only steps from the pool/beach/ocean and minutes from groceries. Great WiFi, downstairs cable TV & new AC upstairs and downstairs. The next door Resort has amenities, a bar and restaurant for our guests that make for a relaxing vacation in paradise. We do not have a dock but the resort next door does and you may rent from them. A rental car is needed to get around the island.

ALMOND TREE VILLA: Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We are located on a quiet street that culminates at the beach, just a 200 meter walk away. There are two other guest suites on the property with community laundry facilities, patio and yard. Rental car is available on property, most reasonable rates on island. Drivers must be at least 25 years old. NOTE: We are located in Freeport, Grand Bahama Island, not Nassau (which is on a different island)

Our place is right on the beach, the very best location in a small community of exclusive villas spaced out in sub-tropical gardens. The property is very well-appointed with everything you need, situated 15 minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes from Freeport/Lucaya with anabundance of shops, restaurants and many attractions. Golf courses, scuba diving, nature reserves, swimming with dolphins, cycling & jeep tours etc., are all located within 20 minutes drive.
