Cozy Guest House on Copano Bay

Quaint 1BR (queen) guest cottage right on the water. Located on 4+ acres with 450' of frontage on Copano Bay. Private pier, beach, fishing, kayaking and spectacular sunsets. The 'little house' is next to a larger home that is seldom used. Completely remodeled after Hurricane Harvey, including new flooring and windows. Minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, public boat ramp and Rockport Beach. An easy 20 minute drive to the Port Aransas for deep sea fishing.

Relaxing , peaceful area!Cozy cottage with coastal theme , private fenced yard, screened porch near Goose island state park .Perfect for birders and wade or kayak fishing. Whooping cranes ( Oct.-April) and 400 species of birds migrate and live in the area . Deer roam freely . Fishing and boat ramps along the water. State park is a peaceful walk. Rockport a short 9 miles ,lovely drive.
