Gulls Cry is a recently built annexe to our family home. With 2 vaulted ceiling bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the lounge area, this property will comfortably sleep 6. It has an open plan area downstairs with a fitted kitchen and dining table and also an outside space for a bbq. Off street parking is available for 1 vehicle. The property is ideally located for easy access to several beaches just a 5 min walk away. It is also on a regular bus route accessing all of Torbay and Dartmouth

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely, quiet road. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.
