The beach, the city center, art and culture, great views. You’ll love this place because of the neighbourhood, the light, the ambiance. Located right in the center of old Antibes, this charming duplex has on the ground floor a sitting-room, an open well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with 160x200 bed and a bathroom with bathtub/shower, sink and toilets and on the first floor the entrance to the terrace and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Beautiful apartment of 90m2, spacious and quiet in the secured luxurious residence with concierge. Nice terrace with the garden view. Pool. Independent kitchen fully equipped with bay windows overlooking the terrace. 2 grand bedrooms with the large balcony and 2 bathrooms, the entrance with the independent WC. Very good situation, no need of a care. 950 m from the Palais du Festival, 650 m from the train station, 800 m from beaches. Free parking place in the basement garage.
